Section 6 AAC 27.020 - Order and notice of election

An order and notice of election will be prepared for each regional educational attendance area. The order and notice of election will include

(1) the date of the election;

(2) the office to which candidates are to be elected;

(3) length of term for each office;

(4) date for filing declarations of candidacy;

(5) questions that will appear on the ballot;

(6) hours the polls are open; and

(7) other necessary items.
