Section 5 AAC 32.143 - Reporting requirements for the Dungeness crab fishery in Registration Area A(a) The owner or operator of a catcher-seller vessel registered to take Dungeness crab in Registration Area A shall complete an ADF&G fish ticket indicating the estimated number and weight of crab by species on board the vessel before any crab are removed from that vessel. The ADF&G fish ticket must be updated with the correct number and weight of crab by species when the crab are sold.(b) For the purposes of this section, "catcher-seller vessel" means a vessel from which Dungeness crab are caught if there is any attempt to sell unprocessed Dungeness crab by the vessel to a person not licensed to process crab.Eff. 5/26/2006, Register 178
