Section 5 AAC 01.480 - Subsistence fishing permits(a) Salmon, trout and char may only be taken under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit.(b) Not more than 250 salmon may be taken for subsistence purposes unless otherwise specified on the subsistence fishing permit.(c) A subsistence fishermen shall keep a record of the number of subsistence fish taken by that subsistence fisherman each year. The number of subsistence fish taken shall be recorded on the permit.
