Section 4 AAC 52.144 - Extended school year(a) Each district shall ensure that extended school year services are available as necessary to provide a FAPE if a child's IEP team determines, on an individual basis, in accordance with the requirements of 34 C.F.R. 300.106, as revised as of October 13, 2006, and adopted by reference, that the services are necessary for the provision of FAPE to the child.
