Section 4 AAC 12.425 - Procedure after revocation or suspension(a) A person whose certificate, issued under this chapter, has been revoked or suspended shall deliver the certificate to the department within 30 days after notification of revocation or suspension.(b) The department will provide to all other state departments of education notice of revocation or suspension of a certification and of conviction of a certificate holder for a crime involving moral turpitude.Eff. 9/29/2005, Register 175The subject matter of 4 AAC 12.425 was formerly located at 4 AAC 12.095.
