Section 3 AAC 52.435 - Estimated billings(a) On each bill based on estimated usage, a utility shall indicate that it is an estimated bill.(b) A utility may issue an estimated bill only if(1) a customer who reads his or her own meter has failed to transmit the meter reading to the utility in accordance with the requirements of the utility's billing cycle;(2) severe weather conditions prevent the utility from reading the meter; or(3) circumstances make it dangerous or not reasonably feasible to read the meter.Eff. 1/1/87, Register 100Authority:AS 42.05.141
