Section 3 AAC 29.395 - Definitions

In 3 AAC 29.380 - 3 AAC 29.395,

(1) "potentially eligible applicant" means a person who is 55 years of age or older and is identified on an application as an operator;

(2) "potentially eligible insured" means an insured person who has been identified to the insurer as being 55 years of age or older.

In 2010 the revisor of statutes, acting under AS 01.05.031, renumbered former AS 21.89.025 as AS 21.96.025. As of Register 196 (January 2011), the regulations attorney made a conforming technical revision under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), to the authority citation that follows 3 AAC 29.395, so that the citation to former AS 21.89.025 now refers to the renumbered statute, AS 21.96.025.
