Section 3 AAC 28.745 - Compliance

A health care insurer must comply with 3 AAC 28.740 for new policies issued on or after 12 months from the effective date of 3 AAC 28.740 and for renewal policies on the first renewal date after 12 months from the effective date of 3 AAC 28.740.
