Section 3 AAC 157.020 - Eligible entitiesThe following entities are eligible to submit a proposal under 3 AAC 157.010 - 3 AAC 157.095:
(2) an Alaska Native tribe that is recognized by the United States Secretary of the Interior to exist as an Indian tribe under 25 U.S.C. 479 a (Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List Act of 1994);(3) a regional development organization;(4) an incorporated nonprofit entity with articles of incorporation and a certificate of incorporation or authority in good standing under AS 10.20;(6) a postsecondary educational institution;(7) a regional educational attendance area as described in AS 14.08.031;Eff. 9/16/2010, Register 195
