Section 3 AAC 107.515 - Matching funds

(a) A grantee shall contribute at least

(1) 40 percent of the total eligible project costs; and

(2) 100 percent of the ineligible project costs, including planning, feasibility studies, and design.

(b) A grantee's 40 percent minimum share of total eligible project costs required in (a) of this section may not include state money from other legislative appropriations, including the authority's appropriation or the appropriation of another authority.
