Section 3 AAC 107.500 - Eligible applicants(a) Only an electric utility that meet the requirements of AS 42.45.200 and this chapter is eligible to apply for a grant from the electrical service extension fund.(b) A grant application must be submitted by the utility that will serve the customers for whom the line extension is proposed, or by the utility for which the improvement is proposed.
