Section 3 AAC 102.040 - Examination(a) The application and accompanying materials will be processed and evaluated by a loan officer. The loan officer will evaluate the applicant's eligibility, financial and credit history, operating plan, ability to repay, and proposed collateral.(b) On the basis of the information provided, the loan officer will either request additional information required under 3 AAC 102.030, notify the applicant that the applicant is ineligible for a guarantee or loan, or recommend a proposed action on the guarantee or loan request to the appropriate loan committee.
