Section 22 AAC 05.090 - Prisoner records(a) An individual case record on each person admitted to a facility must be opened and maintained. This record must contain all relevant information concerning the prisoner which might affect the facility security or the prisoner's adjustment or rehabilitative progress.(b) A medical record must be opened and maintained separately from the individual record opened under (a) of this section.
