Section 20 AAC 15.790 - Involuntary collection on the supplemental education loan

In accordance with AS 14.43.145-14.43.155, the commission may administratively collect on a defaulted ASEL. The commission will perform those collection activities in accordance with applicable state laws and with 20 AAC 15.970 and 20 AAC 15.972.
