Section 20 AAC 05.680 - Priority classification systems for Kodiak roe herring purse seine and gillnet fisheries(a) The commission finds that special circumstances exist (set out in detail in its findings on these roe herring fisheries, dated August 24, 1982) requiring the use of the point systems in 20 AAC 05.681 - 20 AAC 05.686.(b) A point scale of 0 - 75 is established for the Kodiak roe herring purse seine fishery.(c) A point scale of 0 - 54 is established for the Kodiak roe herring gillnet fishery.Eff. 10/30/82, Register 84Authority:AS 16.43.100
