Section 20 AAC 05.571 - Application for special harvest area entry permits(a) Application for special harvest area entry permits must be made upon forms provided by the commission and must be accompanied by a written statement from the Department of Fish and Game acknowledging that the applicant is the holder of a private, nonprofit hatchery permit issued under AS 16.10.400-16.10.475, and specifying the special harvest area for which the permit is to be issued.(b) Permits issued under AS 16.43.400-16.43.430 expire on midnight, December 31, of the year of issuance.Eff. 3/27/80, Register 73Authority:AS 16.43.100
