Section 20 AAC 05.1830 - Continuances and waivers

For good cause shown or at the hearing officer's discretion, a hearing officer may order the continuance of a hearing or the waiver of a procedural requirement of 20 AAC 05.1800 - 20 AAC 05.1870.
