Section 2 AAC 91.120 - Certain instruction or testing prohibited(a) Unless specifically authorized in writing by the department, a person may not conduct or offer a course of instruction or testing comprised wholly or in part of the specific tests administered by the department through use of the department's forms or testing facilities, or facsimiles of those forms or facilities, or instruct on the course that a state, borough, or city office uses for road testing applicants for driver's licenses.(b) A person may not conduct any course of instruction unless the person has been issued a valid instruction permit issued by the department.Eff. 7/1/2006, Register 178; am 1/12/2018,Register 225, April 2018Authority:AS 28.17.041
