Section 2 AAC 08.070 - Donation of personal leave(a) Any employee covered by this chapter may donate the cash value of one or more days of personal leave each year to the memorial scholarship revolving loan fund, or to a scholarship account in the fund.(b) Any employee, whether covered by the authority of this chapter or a collective bargaining agreement, may donate accrued personal or annual leave to another employee for use as leave for medical reasons.(c) Leave donated under the authority of this chapter or a collective bargaining agreement does not reduce the mandatory leave requirement under AS 39.20.225, 39.20.240, 2 AAC 08.060, and 2 AAC 08.062.Eff. 6/28/84, Register 91; am 4/6/86, Register 102; am 8/29/96, Register 143; am 12/16/2013, Register 209, April 2014Authority:AS 39.20.200
