Section 18 AAC 79.040 - Decontamination procedures

Procedures for decontaminating illegal drug manufacturing sites under AS 46.03.540 are provided in Part 3 of the department's Guidance and Standards for Cleanup of Illegal Drug Manufacturing Sites,adopted by reference in 18 AAC 79.010.
