Under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), the regulations attorney has deleted all sections from 12 AAC 72, as of Register 90 (July 1984). This has been done in light of the "sunset" of the Board of Welding Examiners by AS 08.03.010(c)(13), and of sec. 35, ch. 6, SLA 1984's repeal of AS 08.99.010-08.99.100 and 08.99.120, dealing with that board and the regulation of welders.
