Section 12 AAC 28.910 - Denial of dental license(a) The board will deny an application for a dental license by examination if the applicant does not meet the requirements of AS 08.36.110 and the applicable requirements of this chapter.(b) The board will deny an application for a dental license by credentials if the applicant does not meet the requirements of AS 08.36.234 and the applicable requirements of this chapter.(c) The board may deny an application for a dental hygiene license for the same reasons that the board may impose disciplinary sanctions upon a licensee under AS 08.36.315.Eff. 4/8/79, Register 70; am 3/29/2009, Register 18912 AAC 28.910 was originally adopted and filed as 12 AAC 28.300, effective April 8, 1979, Register 70.
