Section 12 AAC 09.068 - Body piercing, tattooing and permanent cosmetic coloring examinations(a) The written examination for a body piercing license is entitled the Body Piercing Test, sponsored by the National Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology. The examination for a license to practice tattooing or permanent cosmetic coloring is a written examination prepared and administered by the board covering the subjects listed in AS 08.13.080(d)(2).(b) A grade of 75 percent or higher on the examinations listed in (a) of this section is a passing grade.(c) Foreign language interpreters are not allowed in the examination room.Eff. 11/27/2002, Register 164; am 3/30/2019,Register 229, April 2019Authority:AS 08.13.030
