Section 11 AAC 67.022 - No warranty implied

By selling, granting, or leasing land, the state does not give or imply any warranty as to the land's fitness, use, or suitability, or whether public utilities or services will be provided. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, grantee, or lessee to determine whether the land will meet his needs.
