Section 11 AAC 65.100 - Appeals(a) The department will publish notice of its intent to issue a permit under this chapter in a newspaper of general circulation in the vicinity of the area covered by the permit.(b) An eligible person who is affected by a permit decision by the director may appeal that decision to the commissioner in accordance with 11 AAC 02.
