Registration Renewal Fee	$135.00
Registration Renewal Late Fee	$75.00
Certificate of Authorization Fee	$75.00
Certificate of Authorization Late Penalty	$50.00
Certificate of Authorization Reinstatement Fee	$250.00
Certificate of Authorization Renewal Fee	$75.00
Returned Check Fee	$30.00
