Effective Date: 09/23/2015.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/23/2015.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/22/2016.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of California, dated 09/22/2015 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):

California: Alpine, Amador, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
