CARRIERS, § 696 — sufficiency of evidence in case of injuries to passenger boarding train. In action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he attempted to board defendant's train, where it was alleged that before plaintiff was fully and safely aboard train, it was suddenly and negligently started and jerked forward causing plaintiff to be thrown to ground and under wheels of train, evidence was sufficient to sustain verdict for plaintiff.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOHN M. TUOHY, Judge, presiding.
Judgment affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the October term, 1946.
