Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

Appellant's brief in the above styled and numbered cause contains unredacted sensitive data. Pursuant to the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, sensitive data must be redacted from court filings. Sensitive data includes, but is not limited to, the name of any person who was a minor at the time the crime was committed or was a minor at the time the underlying suit was filed. Tex.R.App.P. 9.10(a)(3) (criminal cases); Tex.R.App.P. 9.9 (a)(3) (civil cases).

Therefore, the Court ORDERS Appellant to submit an amended brief that redacts sensitive data as required by the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure on or before July 10, 2024.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
