DIVORCE, § 185when granting of new trial so as to permit further testimony in connection with property rights properly denied. Where, in wife's suit for divorce, chancellor entered decree for divorce, and determined custody of minor child and amount of alimony but denied plaintiff any right in husband's real property, held the granting of new trial to wife so as to permit her to submit further testimony in connection with property rights of parties and the amount of alimony was properly denied.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOSEPH A. GRABER, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the October term, 1944.
