ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
AMPARO MONIQUE GUERRA, JUDGE
On July 30, 2024, the Court entered an order abating this appeal for referral to mediation. The Court further notified the parties that the appeal would remain abated until a motion was filed stating the grounds for reinstatement. On November 18, 2024, appellant, YSM-Ponderosa, LLC, filed an "Unopposed Motion to Reinstate Appeal." In the motion, appellant states that the parties attended mediation, and after mediation did not result in a settlement, the parties "continued to negotiate for several weeks." However, the parties were unable to reach an agreement to resolve the disputed issues, and request reinstatement of the appeal on the Court's active docket.
Appellant's motion includes a certificate of conference stating that appellee, World Market of Texas, LLC, formerly known as Cost Plus of Texas, Inc., is not opposed to the relief requested in the motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3(a)(2).
Appellant's motion to reinstate is granted and the appeal is reinstated on the Court's active docket.
It is so ORDERED.
