Appellant, Sergey Yokovlev, filed a "Second Motion for Substitution of Counsel." Appellant is currently represented by Craig Seldin of the Law Offices of Craig Seldin PLLC. Appellant's motion requests that Seldin be permitted to withdraw and that Timothy A. Hootman be substituted as appellant's counsel of record on appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(d).
Appellant's motion includes a certificate of conference stating that appellee, Maria Yakovleva, is not opposed to the relief requested in the motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3.
Appellant's second motion to substitute complies with Texas Rule of Appellate 6.5(d) and is granted. The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Craig Seldin of the Law Offices of Craig Seldin PLLC as counsel for appellant, and substitute Timothy A. Hootman as counsel for appellant on the docket of this Court.
