FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGES, § 273inadequacy of complaint to vacate. In action to vacate decree, of foreclosure and orders entered therein approving master's report of sale and directing issuance of certificate of sale, and to enjoin master from issuing deed, complaint was properly dismissed, where, inter alia, it was alleged that contract for purchase of property involved, upon which plaintiffs based their cause of action, was neither attached to complaint nor pleaded as to contents.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PHILIP FINNEGAN, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the June term, 1947.
