DIVORCE, § 191no sufficient change in circumstances for modification of decree. Under the evidence presented there was no subsequent change shown in the needs of the plaintiff or in the financial ability of the defendant to pay as would authorize an increase in, or a reduction of, the amount fixed in an agreed order for alimony.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. PHILIP J. FINNEGAN, presiding.

Order reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in second division, first district, this court at June term, 1940.
