Opinion Delivered April 8, 2010

Pro Se Petition for Writ of Mandamus and Rule on Circuit Clerk [Circuit Court of Chicot County, CR 2004-121], Petition Moot.

On March 2, 2010, petitioner Corey L. White filed the pro se petition for writ of mandamus and rule on circuit clerk that is now before us. He contended in the petition that the Honorable Don E. Glover, Circuit Judge, had failed to act on a motion to correct an alleged clerical error in the judgment and commitment entered in CR 2004-121. The motion had been filed in the Circuit Court of Chicot County on March 30, 2009. Petitioner also included the current Circuit Clerk of Chicot County, Josephine Griffin, and the former circuit clerk Floy Bostic as respondents.

On March 5, 2010, Judge Glover entered an order disposing of the motion. As the court has acted on the motion, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Strong v. Thyer, 2010 Ark. 19 (per curiam); Cummings v. Proctor, 2009 Ark. 588 (per curiam).

Petition moot.
