Opinion

CR 09-1208

Opinion Delivered January 14, 2010

Pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus [Circuit Court of Greene County, CR 2006-71], Petition Moot.

On October 16, 2009, petitioner Richard Strong filed the pro se petition for writ of mandamus that is now before us. He contended in the petition that the Honorable Cindy Thyer, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a pro se motion to vacate judgment that he had filed in the Circuit Court of Greene County on August 3, 2009.

On November 16, 2009, Judge Thyer provided this court with a copy of an order that had been entered October 16, 2009, disposing of the motion. As the court has acted on the motion, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Lenox v. Philhours, 2009 Ark. 517 (per curiam).

Petition moot.

Bowen, J., not participating.
