APPEAL AND ERROR, § 18transfer of cause from Appellate to Supreme Court where freehold involved. Where appeal directly involved question of freehold, cause would be transferred from Appellate Court to Supreme Court (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 110, par. 210; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 104.086).
