ORDER
Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.
On July 22, 2024, this Court a received via facsimile what appears to be a possible brief from Appellant in this case, although it was not titled as such, nor did it include this Court's case number. Because it was not in compliance with subsections (b), (c), (g), (h), (i) and (k) of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.1, this Court ORDERS the clerk to return the document to Appellant.
Should Appellant wish to file an "Appellant's Brief" with this Court in this case, Appellant may do so NO LATER THAN AUGUST 14, 2024, titling the document as such, including this Court's case number, complying with Rule 38.1, and including with it a motion for extension of time to file a brief.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
