JOHN VANN, Appellant v. LEVEL FOUR GROUP, LLC, ET AL., Appellees

On Appeal from the 416th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 416-02965-2018

ORDER

Appellant's brief on the merits is currently due on April 14, 2021. Before the Court is appellant's March 29, 2021 unopposed motion to abate the appeal to allow time for the location of and supplementation of the clerk's record with a missing exhibit that was filed under seal despite the absence of a sealing order. We GRANT the motion to the extent we extend the time for appellant's brief to May 14, 2021.

Because there is no sealing order, any supplemental clerk's record containing the exhibit shall not be sealed. --------
