Motion for reargument granted and upon reargument the decision dated May 31, 1967 ( 27 A.D.2d 489), and the order entered on June 5, 1967, are amended so that so much of the judgment appealed from as awarded $86,534.25 as damages for the taking of the easterly parcel is affirmed with interest from March 4, 1959, to September 4, 1959, and from March 31, 1961, to September 15, 1965, the date of judgment. In all other respects we adhere to our aforesaid decision and order. Gibson, P.J., Reynolds, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur.
