ORDER OF REFERRAL FOR REARRAIGNMENT FOR GUILTY PLEA


The above-styled and numbered case is hereby REFERRED to United States Magistrate Judge Charles Bleil for rearraignment at 9:00 a.m. on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2005. The attorneys for the government and for the defendant shall exercise the utmost diligence to ensure that the plea agreement, factual resume and any other papers need for the hearing are signed and returned to the U.S. Attorney's office no later than 12:00 noon two days before the plea is to be received (e.g., by 12:00 noon on MONDAY BEFORE A WEDNESDAY morning plea). By 4:00 p.m. on the same day, the U.S. Attorney shall inform Judge Means's court coordinator, Judy Smalling, as to whether the defendant's plea agreement and factual resume have been signed and returned.

If this defendant enters his/her plea of guilty on the above set date, this defendant will be removed from the Court's trial docket dated AUGUST 15, 2005.

Defense counsel is ORDERED to notify IMMEDIATELY Magistrate Judge Bleil's court coordinator, Debbie DuPree, at (817) 850-6697, if an interpreter will be needed at the rearraignment.
