CHERYL TRAHAN, Appellant v. KENNETH AND REBECCA GOETSCH, Appellees

From the 21st District Court Burleson County, Texas
Trial Court No. 27,360

ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR REHEARING"EN BANC"

Appellant's Opposed Motion for Rehearing En Banc, filed on April 19, 2016 is denied.

We note that the deadline by which appellant was ordered to pay the filing fee, which was already overdue, was four days before the Court issued the entirely unrelated order that allegedly caused the confusion as to the date the filing fee was due. If the fee had been paid by the due date, there could not have been confusion with an order that had not yet been issued.

PER CURIAM Before Chief Justice Gray, Justice Davis, and Justice Scoggins
Order issued and filed April 26, 2017
