Paden el Bey Tiffany, Plaintiff v. Doubles Brian D., et al., Defendants
ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION AND DISMISSING CASE
[ECF NOS. 1, 6]
JENNIFER A. DORSEY, U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE
The magistrate judge ordered the plaintiff to show cause by April 21, 2023, why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. The plaintiff did not respond to that order in any way and has not shown such cause, and the deadline to do so passed without request to extend it. So the magistrate judge now recommends that this case be dismissed without prejudice. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge's report and recommendation unless objections are filed.” Having reviewed the report and recommendation, I find good cause to adopt it, and I do.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation [ECF No. 6] is ADOPTED in its entirety, and this case is DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. The application to proceed in forma pauperis [ECF No. 1] is DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE THIS
