AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.1street car passenger injured by collision with truck, sufficiency of evidence. Where street car collided with truck traveling in opposite direction, which was attempting to pass an automobile, the evidence being in sharp conflict as to relative speeds and distances, judgment for plaintiff suing for death of decedent, a passenger in the street car, was supported by the evidence, instructions adequately presented problem to the jury, and verdict of $7,000 was not excessive, there being evidence that decedent contributed to the support of various members of her family.
