AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 166sufficiency of evidence to sustain verdict. In action to recover damage to plaintiff's automobile resulting from a collision between a truck owned by defendant and operated by their agent, and the automobile of the plaintiff, evidence sustained verdict in favor of plaintiff, and judgment entered thereon would be affirmed.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Will county; the Hon. JAMES V. BARTLEY, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in this court at the May term, 1943.
