ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO REMAND UNDER SENTENCE FOUR OF 42 U.S.C. § 405(G)

HONORABLE CARMEN E. GARZA CHIEF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Commissioner Kilolo Kijakazi's Unopposed Motion to Remand for Further Administrative Proceedings Under Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g ) (the “Motion”), (Doc. 29), filed September 28, 2021. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, and noting it is unopposed, finds the Motion is well-taken and shall be GRANTED.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Commissioner's decision in this matter is REVERSED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and the case is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings.

The Court will enter a separate order of final judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58. See Shalala v. Schaefer, 509 U.S. 292 (1993).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
