Appellant Brandi Stokes has filed a letter notifying this Court that she no longer wishes to pursue her appeal from an order sustaining a contest to her affidavit of inability to pay costs, which we are construing as a motion to dismiss. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a). Appellee Christopher Corsbie has not objected or otherwise responded to the motion. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
