WRIT OF MANDAMUS GRANTED
Relator, James Zeringue, Jr.'s, request for a Writ of Mandamus is granted. The 29 Judicial Court for the Parish of St. Charles is hereby ordered to render a ruling within 30 days of this order on the Motion for Discovery Packet, if such motion was properly filed and is currently pending in the matter of State v. James Zeringue, Jr., Docket No. 16-0105, Division "E" of the 29 Judicial District for the Parish of St. Charles. The district court is further ordered to file proof of this ruling in this Court.
