For the reasons assigned in the companion case of State v. Wigley and Higginbotham, 599 So.2d 858 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1992) (No. K91-526 on the docket of this Court), the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the writ issued herein is made peremptory.
IT IS ORDERED THAT the Indigent Defender Board pay relators, Alcide Gray, Anna R. Gray, and Mark A. Delphin, the maximum amount allowable according to law.
