ORDER

PER CURIAM

Ray Lee Stevens ("Defendant") appeals from the Judgment upon his convictions following a jury trial of possession of a controlled substance in violation of Section 579.015 RSMo 2000 , and one count of keeping or maintaining a public nuisance in violation of Section 579.105. On both counts, Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with the terms running consecutively, for a total term of imprisonment for fourteen years. We affirm.

Unless otherwise indicated, all further statutory references are to RSMo 2000 as amended.

Defendant was found not guilty of a second count of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana in violation of Section 579.015, and possession of drug paraphernalia in violation of Section 579.074.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties, the legal file, and the record on appeal and find the claims of error to be without merit. No error of law appears. An extended opinion reciting the detailed facts and restating the principles of law applicable to this case would serve no jurisprudential purpose. We have, however, provided a memorandum opinion for the use of the parties setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
